Smoking is "NOT PERMITTED" in any of the rooms (suites, king-size bedrooms, double bedrooms), inclusive, lobby, or lobby bathroom. Guests will be asked to use the designated area on the outside of the building if they wish to smoke.
A $250.00 fee will be added to the guest room charge if he/she is found to be in violation of this policy. In addition, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel regardless of their checkout date and time
We are now accepting pets. ADA- defined service animals are welcome free of charge, and two pets max are allowed for a non-refundable fee of $15 per pet for each night.

There is a mandatory security deposit of $80.00 taken at check-in by either cash or credit/debit cards. This security deposit is for vandalization, stealing, or accidentals damage to our property and is refundable at departure. FOR SERVICE ANIMALS: Guests checking in with a service animal must inform the front desk clerk at check-in. There is a $250 REFUNDABLE security deposit for service dogs for accidentals.
The deposit is for "HOLD"; it is not charged. Cash Deposits are returned to guests at departure, and Credit/Debit Card Deposits are released daily after checkout and can take up to 3 – 5 business days, depending on their bank.
We understand that issues can occur and guests may need to cancel their reservation(s). If that should happen, we are respectfully asking guests to cancel 72 hours prior to arrival (FOR CANCELLABLE RESERVATIONS ONLY).
For reservation(s) booked 2 days before arrival, a one (1) night plus tax rate will be charged.
For 1 day or same day reservation(s), the guest will be fully charged. NO REFUND
